Keven Lippert

Keven Lippert serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Chief Commercial Officer at Viasat, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing Viasat’s corporate strategy, inclusive of the Company’s globalization plans and strategic investments.

Keven joined Viasat in May 2000, and has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer; President, Broadband Services; and General Counsel and Secretary. His extensive experience has helped Viasat in a number of acquisitions, legal matters and strategic initiatives. He has also been critical in establishing Viasat’s public policy, regulatory and government affairs teams—and has spoken with world communications leaders on the importance of preserving 28GHz spectrum for satellite communications.

Prior to joining Viasat, Keven was a corporate associate at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he provided strategic counsel to clients' complex business and legal challenges.

Keven holds a JD degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
